This form allows you to search one or more of the common proteomic Databases for specific proteins and/or peptides and to contrast and compare the results. There are different views available to display the returned results. This form is currently limited but is being updated as more features are made available as web services. Required Filters

Search by Protein Accession (e.g., P00356 with PICR)	use PICR
and/or (depending on whether both boxes are completed)
Search by Peptide Sequence (e.g. VGVNGFGR)

Proteomic Databases to Include in search

	PRIDE		PepSeeker		GPM		PeptideAtlas
Warning: if the GPM and PeptideAtlas tabs are checked in addition to PICR this can significantly slow down the search.
